Section 1 – Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales made by Joysnus, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing from Joysnus.com (“Site”) or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional policies referenced herein. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Section 2 – Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and legally allowed to purchase nicotine products. Section 5 – Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales and excise taxes, which will be added at checkout. Prices may change without notice. Customers are responsible for complying with any applicable local tax laws.

Section 6 – Product Offerings and Returns

Products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy. We reserve the right to limit sales to certain jurisdictions, quantities, or customers, and to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided for information only and may be updated without prior notice.

Section 7 – Product Safety

Products should only be used as instructed by the manufacturer. Nicotine is addictive and may be harmful. Do not use our products if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or other medical conditions without consulting a doctor. Section 8 – Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information, including email, phone, billing and shipping address, and payment details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate information.

Section 9 – Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discovery, and JCB. Payments are processed securely, and credit card details are not stored on our servers.

Section 10 – Order Acceptance

Order confirmations acknowledge receipt but do not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities. If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded.

Section 11 – Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Delivery time is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Section 12 – Lost or Incorrect Shipments

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be refunded or replaced. If a carrier confirms delivery but you have not received the order, notify us within 5 business days for review. Some states require adult signature upon delivery; failure to provide it may result in return of the package, with re-shipping at the customer’s expense.

Section 13 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In jurisdictions where such exclusions are not allowed, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joysnus, Inc. and affiliates from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of our products.

Section 15 – Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Site and products belong to Joysnus, Inc. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Section 16 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable.

Section 17 – Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Section 18 – Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the full agreement between you and us, replacing any prior agreements or communications.

Section 19 – Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless prohibited by law. Arbitration will take place in Nevada, USA, unless otherwise agreed.

Section 20 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Where required, disputes may be brought in the courts of Nevada. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
